About 6 weeks ago, my husband, after his 3rd bout with peritonitis, had his PD catheter removed. He spend over 3 weeks in the hospital and numerous rounds of 2 different antibiotics. Now, he is complaining of belly pain and tenderness, same as he had experienced with peritonitis. Has this happened to anyone before? Please tell me its not MRSA. Going to the doctor tomorrow.
