Dianeal pD-2 PD Solution with 1.5% Dextrose 6000ml (Ambu-Flex II).  Shipped May 13, 2013 to January 15, 2014

Locate and separate product code L5B90710, lot C903799 from your supplies.  Baxter will probably send you a letter with instructions.

I already used mine!  I didn't notice any leaks, but I did see what appeared to be a grain of rice go through my tube.  That freaked me out.  Apparently, for good reason.  I could have got an infection from it.

I would have used mine within a month of receipt. Oh well, nothing happened, so I guess I'm good.

I got another Baxter recall letter about drain bags.  There was a leak near the clamp of the drain bag.  I think I had it in my last batch, which I'd already used when I got the letter.  My new drain bags aren't in the recall zone.

I recently got the same notice.  My nurse said that Baxter is no longer going to allow patients to order the bags directly.  Instead the clinics will order the bags and dole them out to patients as necessary.  Has anyone else heard this?

Yesterday while making my monthly order, he asked if I needed any 'Y' set drain bags.

No, I don't go 'dry' any more, and I still have almost two cases here.
