Great day to be alive and thankful

« on: October 20, 2013, 01:49:09 PM »

I just started on PD dialysis , waiting for the machine to come ,  I plan to do night dialysis so I can got back to work

I have to say except for some little details I feel a lot better, prior before I decided to go on dialysis
My health was poor, I didn't realize it until now.

I use to go to work tired, body ache , gout in the ankle, fighting depression,couldn't sleep, urinating 5times a night.  and life seem to be uphill battle
What make it worst is I'm in sales , and I need and attitude to be in my business, as we all do in life.

After 3 weeks of pd I lost 12lbs , I sleep like a baby energy is back

Today I feel great  :yahoo;

But I'm not going to lie , I'm not on a heavy food restriction, and I know I have to Change my way which I have

5 for 5$ chili dogs

Welcome to IHD. We have another member in IHD who lives in Yorba Linda. I live in Riverside and KitKatz lives in San Bernardino. You really are " not alone". And, yeah, the diet is a killer, isn't it. I am still learning.
