I use stickman belts to hold my tube, but the hose flops out in public.  I turn the belt around, secure it, but it always seems to come loose.  Is there any trick to avoiding this?

Do you turn the side with the holes for threading the catheter through around and downwards so that it lies against your skin?  That way the belt part of the belt is also securing the catheter.  Mine flops out every couple of months but I figure that no one knows what it is.  They probably think it is a modern, stylish belt (ha, ha).  I also wear very long shirts or jackets.

I fold the tube over on itself, with the bend on the cath side of the connector so the wear spot of folding gets replaced with the cath changeout every 6 months. Then I tuck the whole thing into the belt. With the fold, the whole thing fits into the belt with nothing to flop out.

On second thoughts my way working would depend on exactly where you exit site is.
