I'll be looking this one up. Mine has to be Yell Fire by Michael Franti and Spearhead. First time I heard it was around the time of the Wisconsin union protests against Gov. Walker, and I had just had it with America and the devastation that a few were allowed to visit upon the rest of us and then shamelessly blame teachers and blue collar workers. I was in my car and when I heard these lyrics, I shouted yes! and cranked up the volume: Three piece suits and bank accounts in Bahamas Wall Street crime will never send you to the slammer Tell all the children in the arms of their mommas The F-15 is a homicide bomberI love fearless songs. This is also a favorite pick-me-up song.

I can't find a link for it but I enjoy cranking "I Will Not Lie Down" by Don Henley. Big 80's drum sound and Axl Rose on background vocals! Back when I used to karaoke, "You Oughta Know" by Alanis Morissette was a good angry song to belt out.

One of my favourite musical genres is "whinge rock". A classic example is. 'What about me?" By Moving Pictures. But that's possibly an Australian reference. It's a dreadful song, to be clear: I like the idea of whinge rock more than the listening. Another example is alanis morrisette, is it the same one drgirlfriend mentioned, where she's yowling illogically about the cross eyed bear that you gave to me?
If I want a good kickass pick me up song, one that immediately springs to mind is Do Re Me "man overboard"

I’ve got all of that as well. But “Yesterday”, “Jumpin’ Jack Flash” (though Paint it, black might qualify), and Baba O’reilly (or American Woman – Wasn’t sure if you meant “The Who” or “The Guess Who”) don’t really scream at the world… Helps if you’re angry at the world the music is screaming at it as well End of Heartache - Killswitch Engage
oh man this is so good. haven't heard the others. i will one by one. but this one is awesome.
Of all of the music that I currently own, have listened to, or of the new stuff that I buy, it’s my favorite song of all time. There’s something about it, musically (and lyrically) that makes it both my angry and happy song. I didn't think I had one, but after thinking about it for a few minutes, one song did come to mind...
Breaking Benjamin - Had Enough

Excellent choice, I also like Breath, Polyamorous, The Diary of Jane and Firefly. You might want to check our “Jars” and “Vitamin R” by Chevelle.

For me it's a toss up between Twisted Sister's " We're Not Gonna Take it" and Rock You by Helix... I just substitute Rock for another word that ends in K...

Maybe not super angry but I love Ben Harper's "Fight Outta You" with the wonderful line: "like a transplant patient waiting for a donor don't let 'em take the fight outta you"
