Davita Fraud

Another patient at my Davita clinic told me about this story and I found it very interesting and was wondering if anyone else has noticed them throwing medication away at their clinic or other behavior like this?  The reason I ask is because I feel like Davita is trying different thing at different clinics to see what they can get away with.  Sort of testing the system.  I have been on dialysis for over 6 years now, during that time they drew all my labs at once.  About 8 months ago my clinic switched from a local lab (Omaha) to a Davita Lab in Florida.  I think my lab is taking advantage of us is they are no longer drawing all our labs at once.  they will do our phos, hemoglobin and a couple other one day, then they will do our potassium another day.  Now in my mind they are either double billing or are going to go to medicare and say hey look our lab costs are way higher we need more money.

Not sure you read my entire post, because I was also talking about how I feel Davita is playing games with my labs and asking if anyone else has seen similar things before I report it.
