I had surgery today, and tonight I can't pee.  It happened to me before, and I couldn't pee for a week.  Does this happen to anyone else?

Whamo

I don't pee anymore, so I can't answer. But I thought I read a post here about that and someone else mentioned that they couldn't pee for a couple days after surgery.  It maybe common among D patients.  Don't know   Grumpy

That can happen in all sorts of abdominal surgery.  It should resolve itself in a day or so.  Good luck!
