Make me the person my dog thinks I am

Kush  - You ask if I believe the power of prayer.  Yes I do,  Prayer and FAITH will work miracles if that is the Lords intent.  I also believe in blessing given by those holding the authority to act in God's name.  That can be very powerful.  BUT Faith is the key.  If you don't have faith that the Lord can bless you (or your wife) then all the prayers and blessing will do not good.    Grumpy

Welcome, Kush! Hope your wife is adjusting dialysis well. May God with your wife & you with this difficult time.

Compare to a lot of members on this site, my almost 19 years of ESRD experience ( dialysis 1.5 years , 1st transplant 11 years, dialysis again 6 years, 2nd transplant - 6 weeks ago) is almost like a walk in the park but the truth is I still have my own up and down, without leaning on God, without God's love and comfort, I really do not know where I will be now. It is such a blessing to have God in my life.

Dear Rose,

Thank you so much for your kind words. HE is the one and only person on whom we can really lean on, at all times. HE is a true loving Father, in HIM we live, without HIM we cease to exist. I am very happy to know that you have been blessed by HIM. May your days be filled in abundance with HIS Grace & Glory.

Regards
