Orright! Almost 1/3 of 2012 gone, how are the New Year's Resolutions going?
I didn't make a firm NY resolution,but loosely in my mind, decided that I wouldensure that Ikept up with my twice weekly fitness sessions more consistently. time is going on, and I am. it's hard to fit in whilst doing SDHH,but Iam adament that I will do so, so that hopefully, It will improve my health status and counteract some of the muscular issues that I was suffering from, which, I can say, it is.
