We received this message from the family of our member "Red From Canada":

I'm very sad to share with you and your community that Dennise (Red in Canada) passed away this past Wednesday, rather suddenly.  We are trying to let distant and online friends know as gently as possible.

I trust we can count on you to bring the information to your community in the most appropriate way and would rather not make a public post myself.  My family and I thank you for the resources and support that I Hate Dialysis has provided over Mom's years of dealing with kidney failure. She talked about the community in just the same way she chatted to us about neighbours and relatives, it was a very cherished support network for her to have.

Dennise's online obituary is at http://www.smithsfh.com/obituary.php?id=6244, and our funeral services providers will field telephone questions via the number listed there.

How very, very sad.  Thank you for posting this, Okarol.  The loss of a single member is still a great loss for all of us.

That was nice of the family to let IHD know.  But, so sad to hear the news.  Thanks, Okarol.  You have had to post news like this before, and it can never be easy.  May her family be filled with loving memories.    :cuddle;
