Good morning,
I have been reading your comments for some time and have now decided to join the discussion.  I know this is a little unusual, but I am a renal social worker (not a patient).  I am a social worker of 25+ yrs, the last 10 in the same dialysis unit (a large provider that will remain anonymous).  Although from a different perspective, I am here to learn and share.  Your thoughts and comments have provided a different insight than I sometimes get from my own patients, and (hopefully) help me better serve them.

Welcome to the group, mtnsw.  I think it's great when techs, dieticians and social workers join in order to get a better perspective.  Glad you found us!

Hello mtnsw and welcome to IHD.  So glad you joined.  I hope we can help you and maybe you can give us some advice also.  But, remember this is a site so people on dialysis can come and vent.  So I hope you don't get offended.   :cuddle;
