I wonder if it will be possible for them to have a happy marriage with all the publicity if they do get engaged.  I can imagine the pressure she'll have to go through as the press digs up every tiny little obscure fact about her life. 
His mom had a hard time with it so maybe he'll be a bit more sensitive to it and try to protect her.

The paparazzi are already hounding her, her protection from the police has been stepped up,but let's hope they have learnt from Diana's death.

Wasn't Diana's death directly related to her driver being out of his mind drunk?  If he we sober, things may have turned out differently.

Paparazzi will never learn.  It's all about the story.

As far as I know no one has come forward to say how much he had to drink that particular night.  The after death blood test may not be reliable.  Besides, if he was a functioning drunk he may have functioned daily at blood levels which would have put most of us under the table.

I blame the paparazzi and I agree, they will never learn; well, that is until  everyone begins to sue them and take the profit out of the photos they take, or until there is a way of legally prosecuting them for harassment, trespass or invasion of privacy.  Unless someone can figure out a way to hit them in the pocketbook or jail them, they won't stop.  Let's hope Kate goes in with her eyes wide open; Di certainly didn't.

LOL - that's pretty sad, rerun.  I not much of an anglophile, but even I've seen them on the news enough to know they are both college age.  Isn't the younger brother about to be shipped out with his Navy squad to Iraq?
