Hubby has to have a polyp removed from his bladder on Jan. 19 and he is a little scared!! He was wondering if anyone on here has had it done. He had the same procedure with the light put in his uthera about a month ago (when they found the polyp) so he knows that procedure. :beer1; The doctor doesn't think it is anything serious. He thinks it is scar tissue from infections.

Del, I had the same procedure many moons ago. In the whole scheme of things, I now understand it to be minor, but at the time I thought it was a big deal, although I was only in hospital for 24 hours. If it's any help to you, I had open heart surgery when I was going down hill with kidney disease (20% function) and was out after a week in hospital although it did take me a while at home to recover.
But anything wrong down there is scary, I had radiation treatment for prostate cancer (with 15% function) and came out of that OK as well.
So tell Bill to take it easy and not worry too much, 'cause I know he's going to be OK. And you take it easy too.
