I just did mine and my entire family's phone numbers.  Very handy!

I registered my parents cell phones. They are both in their late 70s and would have heart attacks if they had to pay for mins because a telemarketer called. Their land lines were registered when the program first started.

I have caller id, so I just don't answer when a number I don't recognize comes up on my phone

Hmmmm, okay - but it should work for the stupid telemarketers who have my number because it's my only number and I have to give it out to do business.  It gets sold from that all too often.  That's well worth the few minutes it takes, even if the lists of all cell phone numbers aren't being released like the land line numbers are.   Heck, even my 11 yr old nephew has gotten cell calls to tell him his car warranty is expired!
