Mine is under the tree, untouched (except a little shaking by my girls) I can't wait to open it.  I think I am going to save it for last because this whole secret pal thing has been so much fun that I want to extend it as long as possible.   :bandance;

Mum's delighted that her person checked in...

She says that she can relax now, and enjoy her own SS gift on Christmas Day without feeling guilty about her person being left out!... Phew!!!!!....

Happy Christmas, everyone....

Kitz, thanks for that post up above; my mind is now (semi) at rest ... *fingers crossed* it is there and doesn't get returned to me!

Del, the floral arrangement is gorgeous ... how lovely!

I'm like a little kid at Christmas ... Blokey knows what my SS package contains because he crossed out the customs label for me.  But however much I beg him to tell me what's in it, he completely refuses.  Tsk.  Can't wait for tomorrow!

The only gift now I am worried about is Wattle's gift to her secret santa.  A PM is being sent via facebook to find out if it arrived yet.

The girls in St Thomas hopefully will find packages at the post office.

While I have a free moment, I wanted to come on and tell you all about the wonderful gifts I got from my Secret Santa, vcarmody.  She sent me lots of trinkets from NJ...a key ring, fridge magnet (I have a huge collection of fridge magnets; you can scarcely see the fridge) and some cookies.  She sent me a copy of a map of her area (which I had specifically requested!), and a Janet Evanovich book set in the area in which she works, which is very cool.  Vickie was patient enough to wade through enough of my posts to see that I'm an Astros' fan, so she sent along related items which I loved.  She also sent a shirt that she tie-dyed herself; it is actually quite beautiful and is perfect to wear as a nightshirt.  She included 2 "Donate Life" bracelets, one of which I have on right now and the other is being worn by my son.  All of these things were so thoughtfully picked out, and I am very grateful to you, Vicky, for providing me with so much fun and care this Christmas.

Hello All...

Hope everyone's Christmas Day has been wonderful, and that they have al they dreamed of....

Speaking of dream... My SS was YLGuy (Marc)... Well done, Marc... Your gift was so lovely... All beautifully wrapped, too... Well done!... A Cuddly Elephant for my collection called Tuffy the Titan wearing a CSU, Fullerton T Shirt, a Tuffy elephant pin (LOVE that... It's on the jacket I wear most!), a give life pin, a set of three doggy picture frames (Mum says that pics of her 'little man' will be very nice in those), and Dougal wasn't left out, Marc sent him an elephant cuddly toy with a squeaker in it, and yes Marc, he loves it, and yes, it IS already driving me crazy listening to it... Mind you, as you said in your lovely letter enclosed, it's much better than trying to kill me with nuts!... Del, and Paris. please take note!... :rofl; :rofl; :rofl;...

Now to Mum, Elsie... Well, Mum got an amizing box of goodies from her SS, but there's no mention of who it's from... It's from Palm Bay, Fl, and  the box had the name 'Julie' on it... (Nice to see I'm not the only one who reuses boxes... My local council has a 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle' policy, and it's rubbed off on me... All of our gifts went out in Baxter D caps and shields boxes!)... No other clues, I'm afraid... But I suspect that this person LOVES Christmas shopping... There was a mountan of indivdually wrapped gifts inside... A lovely dove Christmas Tree ornament, A Florida snow globe, socks (beautiful,  soft, and perfect colours!), beautifully scented hand sanitizer, Give Life Pin, a set of five book clips, ceramic heart-shaped wall plaque, picture frame, two lovely Christmas broches (Snowman, and Rudolf), two Palm Bay fridge magnets (one of which is the most fantastic glass bottle filled with the tiniest multi-coloured sea shells you've ever seen), and two big bags of jelly beans!... Oh yes, Mum is a very happy lady!... Watching TV, and munching jelly beans as I type this!.... Also, this person didn't forget Dougal either... He got a pack of turkey flavoured doggy treats... And not a nut allergy warning to be seen!... Thank you Mum's SS... Please identify yourself... Thank you for the beautiful gifts you've sent to my mum, and for making her smile, and thank you for not trying to kill me!!!!!... LOL!!!!!... Del, and Paris... Ever get the feeling you'll never be let live last year down???.... :rofl; :rofl; :rofl;

Finally, thank you, Kitz... Kitz wasn't my SS, but she sent me a lovely gift... Three great Tee Shirts... One cream coloured from Belfast (my favourite city!), one navy shirt with the New York skyline on it, and a lovely red one with the US flag on it... Thank you, Kitz... I really appreciate your great kindness!... Oh, and no, it doesn't mean I'll stop teasing you!!!... Bribes don't work!!!.... LOL..... Also Kitz, I'm sure I speak for everyone who took part in SS when I say thank you very much for being the SS nag... ooops, sorry,  I mean organiser  :rofl;... It's a big job, and sometimes thankless... But thank you for doing it... Mum and I had great fun with this... Thanks again...

Love to all....

God bless...

Darth....

My secret Santa was kellyt.  I got a t-shirt that says, "Y'all can go to hell, I'm going to Texas" Davy Crockett.  A beautiful porcelain ornament in the shape of Texas that says, Merry Christmas from Texas. A key chain that has a bull skull on it with my name and San Antonio, Texas. A little box of mints that say, Texas Lone Star Mints and my name as well.  I also got a pen from the Alamo.  VERY cool!

I also got a package from Des from South Africa.  She sent me and my children gifts.  My oldest got a cool hat from South Africa.  My daughter got a beautiful little woven purse with leather and bead work.  My little guy got a wood and leather sling shot.  I received the most beautiful set of wooden coasters.  Each coaster has a rhino carved in it and the holder has all different animals carved in it.  It is truly magnificent.  I also received a beaded key chain that is really cool.

These gifts REALLY made my Christmas.  A huge thank you!

I also can not guess who my secret Santa is but I got some great presents: sour candy and gum (yum), spices for making dip, crackers, an ornament (baseball team, need to see what logo it is) and a coffee mug that says "Hope!"

Jenna got some candy and an adorable robot ornament, which she loves! She didn't see a name on hers either, so hope to know who sent our gifts!

Thank you so much!!  :snowman;

Edited: Ah ha! After further inspection the spices and ornament are from MN - must be sweet miss lola who is my SS! Thank you! And Jenna got her gifts from mimi - so nice!

Okarol was my Secret Santa and she went a little overzelous. I got a Starbuck's gift card, Starbuck's instant coffee packs, a cool Chevy T-Shirt, 2 bags of Abba Zabba, and 2 shot glasses (one of Chicago and one of California). Tough call, but I would have been happy with just one of them
