I notice my name twice - once as 'Bajanne'  and once as 'bajanne2000'.  Does that mean I will get two boxes (or that I will have to send two!)?

Can't remember if I listed likes/dislikes etc!!  I am very easy to buy for. I would like anything as long as its not smelly LOL. T shirt size if L.  Would love something from your part of the world.I love outdoors, gardening, cardmaking , scrapbooking, reading,cooking, baking.

Hubby wears a medium t shirt and he is tall.  He also likes baseball caps.  Nothing smelly for him either ,please!!  He also likes the outdoors, watching TV.  He would love anything from your part of the world.  (He loves the t shirt paris sent him last year with North Carolina on it)  Several people have asked him if he is from North carolina LOL.  He says no and then tells them how he got the shirt.

Oh yeah - we both have a good sense of humor too!!!  WE have snowman poop and moose poop here!!!!  Tastes good too!!!  LOL

Well there are many suggestions that were given that I am trying to think what I want from my Secret Santa but here it goes.

2XL t shirt or sweatshirt from your area
something funny
baseball caps
anything that goes whiz-bang or makes you say hmmm
homemade items

I realized I never posted my likes.  I like everything!   Especially things from your area. In past years  I received a beautiful crystal clock from Australia and I keep it set on that time zone.  And some wonderful things from Ireland.  Good luck shamrocks and seeds  (and the sender takes full credit for my luck at getting a kidney-----it is the only reason to explain how I got one!!)   Even things like postcards, so I can see some of your town.   And, I know this will come as a huge surprise---but I love Paris themed things!!   And someday I will beable to go back, but for now, I enjoy anything Parisian.

I love this exchange.  So does my family.  It has become a big part of our Christmas Day. The package sits under the tree with no peeking or shaking.  When everything else has been opened, everyone (we're talking 20 of us) sit as I open my gift.  They get as excited as I do.    :christmastree;     :rudolph;     :santahat;

Nope...I'm still not gonna post my likes and/or dislikes.   :P  I'll be very interested to see what kind of gift idea my secret pal comes up with, and why.  When I get the name of my secret pal, I'm going to do my research, and included in my gift selection, I'm going to tell him/her why I chose this gift.  I think the thought process/decision process is as interesting and fun as the gift itself.  I figure I've done enough blathering and whining on IHD that it won't be too tough to find my posts.

Could be a dangerous strategy, Moose..

I'll take my chances!  This has become my year of living dangerously.  I'd take anything from the Emerald Isle, especially emeralds!

OOHHH!!  I'll take emeralds too!  They're my birthstone.

I'm feeling an odd need to post my likes again, and add to them... so..
I'm good for books, music, plush toys.. and with them the weirder the better.  On top of my tv right now I have an I <3 NY baseball and a kidney

I'm also not opposed to candy.. *G*

I'll also take t-shirts or sweatshirts with place names.  I like them as big as you can get them, but if you need a size, go for XL.  Something that I really want, but can't buy myself cuz I"m in Canada, is a Beck U hoodie.  I think it would be hilarious.  I also wouldn't mind any TDS/TCR stuff from ComedyCentral.com, since I can't buy from them either.  I do have a wriststrong bracelet and a Colbert Nation hat, but I wouldn't mind something from the March to Keep Fear Alive.

When we first started doing this, we recommended researching for peoples likes.   Many didn't have that much time and asked if people could post some of their favorites.    So, research away!!  If you get stumped, you could always go back to the lists.    WARNING----don't send anything to Darth that has nuts, was made in a nut factory or chocolates!!  She will tell the world that you are trying to kill her!!!!     :rofl;    :rofl;     :rofl;    Even doggie treats for her "Dougal"!   Who would think to look at doggie treats ingredients??    :rofl;

You know I love you, Darth!!!!    :cuddle;

Paris, ya know, I was thinking this very same thing last night.  I doubt that everyone would be interested enough to wade through all of my admittedly brilliant and insightful posts just to figure out what I might like.  So, I've changed my mind and will make some suggestions...

I would like a road map of the area where my secret pal lives.  If you are in the UK, an ordnance survey map would be way cool.  I'd love for you to put a little star on where you live if you feel it's not too creepy...I'm not going to come and stalk you.

OR

I'd like a copy of your favorite book with a small note about why it is your favorite (making sure it is not too expensive, of course...choose a cheap one!)

OR

I'd like a small something that you think sorta symbolizes who you are or what you think defines you along with a little explanatory note.

There, that should do it.

Yes Paris.... I'm sure you love me... Erm, in that case, would you like to tell us why then you sent me Jelly Beans that had a Nut Allergy warning on them???..  :rofl;....

Yep, please steer clear of the nuts!!!... Oh and watch cosmetics, toilerties, etc... Arachis Oil is the cosmetic Industry's name for Peanut Oil....

Love...

This is going to be fun to see who does get Darth this year!   What obscure thing can we send her that is made in a factory that also has peanuts?

Del, I am glad I wasn't the only one!  At least I was in good company    :rofl;

Darth, maybe we should all stick with paper products from now on!

I have a 2 in by 2 in box that shakes around by slight touch or movement that has a voice that makes a knocking sound and says "excuse me, excuse me! CAN SOMEONE LET ME OUT OF HERE?"

Where did you get that? ??? I WANT ONE!!!  That kinda reminds of the box who's sole purpose was to turn itself off when you turned it on. You flip the switch to turn it on, and a hand pops out and flips the switch off.  I saw it online somewhere.

I'm a gadget nerd.  I like stuff that does stuff.  Stephen Colbert has a pen that I want, but I'm not willing to pay $50 for a pen.. *L*  it lights up.  That was the price in 2006 anyway.. perhaps the price has gone down since then.

Here's a gadget I just got from Hong Kong, a keychain Lightsaber. Useless, but for somereason fun to have or give as gifts.
