I am new to this forum, although I have been lurking for awhile. I came across this forum while looking for some recipe ideas.

I'm a dietitian who has been working in dialysis for almost 5 years, and in clinical nutrition for 5 years prior to that. I find this forum interesting because it helps me understand "the other side" a little.

Great! and Welcome! I wish renal-friendly foods were not such a mystery when my daughter was on dialysis, but it was a challenge. I look forward to your posts!
