When you get to my age cosmetics don't matter: all girls look attractive.
I've certainly heard of Yardley, but I haven't heard of this particular fragrance. What's it like? When I was very young (as in about 6 or 7), my mom would let me wear Yardley's "Red Roses".I miss my mom.

Uggh - worst part about returning to a professional environment - the reality that how well and how often I wear make-up can be directly related to how intelligent and competent my superiors assume I am. Make a difference in my eventual pay, too.
But the really fun part was when I somehow entered into a conversation with someone who was either a transvestite or transgender; I'm not sure which, and I wasn't going to ask! We had so much fun looking at all of the makeup and the nail colours! S/he had really good taste! I learned a few things from him/her. We decided that Smashbox's primer was the best of the lot!
I actually got some Chanel for christmas, and i love the way it smells on my aunt, but omg... on me... NO! (btw, if u ever try that aphrodesiac spray from the "slumber party" make sure u try before u buy!!! it smelled like dirty diaper on me!!!-- and smelled great on everyone else!)

Thing is, though, that these days, it doesn't take a lot of gunk to make you look polished and professional. There have been so many cool technological advances in cosmetics that you can get a polished look in about the same time you can wash your face and brush your teeth. It's not fair that your intelligence is judged by your appearance, but I think we might all do it to some degree without even realizing it.
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him.And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good.Next day, God created Woman. And God looked on what he'd created, and, behold, it wasn't very good. God said "that's gotta wear make-up".
