So I'm home now and feeling much better. Still in a bit of pain but it's actually not around my incision site but more related to my Left side back, I think I'm walking weirdly and putting more stress on it in an attempt to keep the incisional pain down. Yesterday was my first day to go get labs drawn at my own lab. I am suppose to go M,W,F for labs right now. Labs for the most part when without a hitch, my creatinine is staying down around 1.2 which is wonderful!

Biggest concern right now is actually for my Mom. She is recovering at my grandparents a couple hours away and has not been eating well. Yesterday she had to go to the ER because her potassium and magnesium had dropped so low that she was ill. They gave her IVs and sent her home and today she is throwing up again, so we are waiting for the transplant unit to get back to us on if she needs to coem in and make sure everything is ok. It seems to be just gastro-intestinal issues but better be safe than sorry. It's hard for me because my grandparents won't tell me anything cause they  "don't want to upset me" which just makes it worse cause I have to call my step dad all the time to get updates on my mom. I'm trying not to worry as it seems like the pain pills are just not agreeing with her and once she gets over it she will be fine.

More to come when I have more information. First Tac level drawn on Monday so I'll update on my progress.

I hope your Mom is feeling better soon!
Good to hear you're up and around. They say walking is the best to do as soon as you are able.

Sorry to hear about your mother, hope she feels better soon.

As for the back pain, sounds like its from the darn hospital bed :rant;
They are notorious for that! Hope that goes away soon.
