I told myself, don't look, it says GRAPHIC in bold letters. Ok, just walk away... but NO! I had to peek.
So it is very interesting and I am glad you got a photo... but I have to admit, my stomach flip flopped a bit.  :P
How's the healing now?

Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.
She did PD Sept. 2013 - July 2017
Found a swap living donor using social media, friends, family.

So Karol, I guess you don't want to see the video.... ;D    Yeah, it is not for the squeamish. I am healed.  I'll post a final pic in September.  Right now,I have been out in the sun a lot (I know, a no - no, but sometimes it just feels great to be out on the water in the summertime)

One think I have learned about myself in this whole CKD journey, is that I tolerate surgery very well.  For that, I count myself very lucky.

1994: Diagnosed with FSGS
September 2011: On transplant list with 15 - 20% function
September 2013: ~7% function. Started PD dialysis
February 11, 2014: Transplant from deceased donor. Creatinine 0.57 on 2/13/2014
