You say pissed meaning angry, annoyed upset. Our term for it is pissed off. If you just say the one word, pissed in the Uk it means that you've had to much alcohol as in 'take no notice of him, he's pissed!'

Ya we say pissed here which is short for pissed off .. of course my mom gets mad at me if I say that word as she sees it as vulgar :P

What was it the kids say tome at school all the time....Oh yeah....Someone jacked my pencil.  When did jacked become the word for took.  I hate this word being used in my classroom.  It sounds like someone is jacking off in the back!  (I am not explaining this term.)

Jacked is basically a ghetto term, a shortened meaning to the word highjacked.  Simply put, it means "to seize control of by use of force".

Same here.  I dislike it when kids find ghetto slang as their only form of speach.  Like for example: I replace a few missing screws in a clients motorcycle and when I tell them about it, ( fishing for a tip ) the only responce I get is "good lookin dawg".  ::)

PHAT is an Acromym. PHAT means litterally "Pretty Hot and Tempting"  :clap;

One of the funniest cartoons I ever saw was many years ago -- an old black and white, hand drawn, in our newspaper.  It was two young guys standing on a street corner -- both were obviously "Hippies" -- long bushy hair, head band with flowers, mustache, hip hugger bell-bottom pants, hippie vest with slogans, peace sign necklace, and "love beads".  Just past them, walking away, is a tottering, stooped over, white-haired, old man, dressed in a black suit, with a nice hat, and a cane.  Both young men look puzzled, and one is asking the other, "What's a whippersnapper?"
