Nocturnal supplies

I need input from all the nxstage nocturnal people..... I am talking to my Neph  next week and I am proposing to do extended...( nocturnal ) and want to present a complete program  to him for approval.....  I know I need to have the 171 cartridge,  and a heparin pump.....  and I am sure I need other items..... can you guys that are doing nocturnal telll me  all the items that you have that help you with the nocturnal .......   I am just trying to write it up and present it to him  so I can start........ Tired of doing this 4 hours every night ..... I might as well do 8 hours and slow my speed down and get some sleep.......

Not only will you want to discuss the items you will need, but also the benefits nocturnal provides. There are a few files on the NxStageUsers Website under the files section.
But another item you will need are the blood leak sensors and more than likely an increase in dialysate volume.

Blood leak sensors..... where do you get those.......    and right now I am doing 30 L per night  and I am going to ask for 40......  I yes  I am gathering all the information from Nxstage site and others to show the benifits......  Thx
