:2thumbsup; Hi Maria!  Wow! you'll get that letter soon...and that's not the only wait..I finally got on the list after three years of doing dialysis..I did receive the letter after me making an effort to go to the office every week to see what's going on..Now I'm on the list after receiving the letter and it's been a wait, hoping that the phone will ring to tell me that it's good news and they have a kidney for me..That's the hoping for and the waiting when everytime the phone rings, think it's that kidney list agent calling...It's just a fustrating wait..I called time this week to say that I'm still here and wanted to know about the stautes.  They told me to stay patient and healthy so when they do call.   I just hope it's soon...Good luck and let us know what happens...

Looking back I would have called more. It doesn't hurt to check in and ask "Is there anything missing that could delay my being listed?" Some centers only bring patients before their committee once a month for approval, and you could ask if this is the case.

I received my letter 8 days after completion of the evaluation.  It wouldn't hurt to call at this point.  You have waited long enough that you won't seem pushy.
