Great choice   :clap;  Richard, Ive known you a long while now, and knew sooner or later you would be chosen to moderate here @ I.H.D.  I enjoy reading your replies to questions, seems there has been nothing you couldn't help with - Congratulations  :thumbup;

Thank you all for the supportive messages.

I was *very* surprised to get the kind request to join the team a week or so ago and spent a bit of time pondering the question - weighing up what I could contribute as a mod, or even if I should - in the end I decided to give it a go - to help out the moderation team where I could - when you have guys like Karol and Sluff who work damn hard to keep things going if I can do a little bit to take some load off that would be good to help. Plus me being in a totally different timezone to you other guys I thought that might also help to add some coverage to when the US side is asleep(though I am not sure Karol ever sleeps!!! :) ).

As for the flirting and stuff... hey you can't keep a good man down - plus I most certainly would have any mod hat OFF when I'm flirting so that's all good!! :)

I just want to contribute to the site and help keep it a great place. Not interested in causing disputes or problems for members. Hopefully anything I do will be invisible to most people (except the odd formatting fix up, or that sort of thing) so... basically carry on as usual.

Anyway initially I have a lot to learn so I won't be jumping into anything!!! :)

Welcome ,Richard, to the dark side!!     :rofl;     I am so excited you accepted!  If I can't have you for a son in law, or adopt you, this is the next best thing.   :2thumbsup;    You know how much I admire your kind, gentle heart and your willingness to always reach out to everyone.   I hope you enjoy the paycheck that goes with this job!    :rofl;    :rofl;

hey it's awesome. I can still flirt with the women of IHD, and now I have this impressive moderators hat it gives an air of almost authority.. kind of like a nice uniform. Girls like a man in uniform I believe......  :rofl;

Don't worry Paris, I only watch over *some* girls as they sleep at night.... (and yes I know I'll be in trouble for THAT line!!  :rofl;)

my love to you all!  :cuddle; :cuddle; :cuddle; :cuddle; :cuddle; :cuddle;  :waving; :waving; :waving;  :urcrazy;
