Can anyone point me in the direction of some typical figures for toxin removal for nocturnal (long) diaylsis?

You do the math.  If you are on dialysis for 4 hours and you double that.....   

Most people on Nocturnal get off BP medication and Phosphorous binders.  They are usually on a 2K bath, but some are even on a 3K bath.

You will see your labs improve and your KTv improve.

Also if you have a problem removing fluid you have 8 hours to do it in; not 4 hours.

Dialysate flow (Qd)=600;  Blood pump speed(Qb)=315
Fresenius Optiflux-180 filter--without reuse
Fresenius 2008T dialysis machine
My KDOQI Nutrition (+/ -):  2,450 Calories, 84 grams Protein/day.
