Traveling and Vacation Activities?

Hello there,

I know that this topic has probably been covered tons of times here, but I couldn't find anything that related to my specific question.

We are thinking of going on a trip in April and we might hit a theme park (maybe) and/or go on day trips. 

I know that I can have supplies delivered to the location we travel to.  My concern is how to keep up with the dialysis every several hours if we are not in a spot that I can do transfers.  Is it just impossible to go to a theme park or be away for long periods of time?

Any thoughts would be very much appreciated
