I'm getting ready to leave the house to go to my first PD training.  If I survive, I'll post later to let you know how it went!!

WOW, Big day Goofy, if I survive What do you think they will do to you. You will probably find it very interesting and will come away with all sorts of things going off in your head, like that sounds hard and I dont think I will remember that. If your unit is the same as ours you will have every thing written down for you to follow. Have faith it will all come together and you will SURVIVE. Let us know.

I was joking about surviving.  But I did survive and it wasn't as bad as I "thought" it would be.  I'm actually going back today so it couldn't have been that bad!!!

If it is anything like my training, the first day they do it all and hope you remember.  Next day you get to do it with them watching and correcting you.  Third day you do it alone while they are outside the door laughing their asses off.  Fourth day you do it alone and actually dwell for a few hours.  Fifth day you graduate (hopefully), and they throw you to the wolves!!!!!  I had built up potassium and didn't actually graduate until the following Monday, as they had me do hemo on Saturday.  Best of luck to you, Goofy!
