double loss in the family
«
on:
November 26, 2009, 10:05:08 AM »
Just got the news today that two of my sisters in law passed away in the last few days. My oldest brother, Rudolph, died in 1974. His widow Catherine passed away in New York last week.
Another brother, Neville, died in 2001. His first wife, Grace, who lives in Canada, also passed this week.
I have not been very close to either of these two sisters in law since they left Barbados when I was quite young, but I do have a close relationship to their children (and in the case of Catherine, her grandchildren) and therefore sorrow with them for their loss.

Family loss can be hard on everyone. Prayers are winging their way to you.

So sorry. The distance in miles and time doesn't make it any easier.
Thinking of you.

Oh Bajanne, what a shame. One is enough and twos too much. My sympathies to you and your family.

Honey, I'm so sorry for your loss. Recently I learned a friend from long ago had passed from cancer....even though time and distance seperated us, I had fond memories and felt the sharp pang of loss, as I am sure you are feeling now.
