Remember when you were a kid and you dreamed you wet the bed and you woke up and "you did"? That won't be happening anymore.

Nick, the peeing will get less. When my husband was on PD, he like you kept going to the loo and standing for ever, nothing. He had to go onto emergency hemo because of an infection and now he pees like a donkey. We have to laugh because it is so funny hearing him. I suppose that will change soon.

I haven't dreamed I pee, although I miss it far more than I would have ever guessed. I pee a whole 150ml a day - sometimes 200ml which seems like a lot to me now ha ha. I did go down to about 100ml, but it improved a bit as I got better. I would love to do a big long wee. What a funny thing to miss eh?

lol I hear you! It's something only renal folks can appreciate I think. I do maybe 100-200ml a day though this last week I have managed a bit more - not sure why... still it is good to put out a bit more - means I can DRINK a bit more!!!

Ahem... You pee like a trooper. You're hung like a donkey. Well, your husband is. If you're lucky...

Hi Nick, Yes, I have that same thing literally - not the dream - but I feel like I have to pee all the time, but don't really. My Dr. has checked me for a bladder infection about 10 times with inconclusive results. It's very frustrating and very uncomfortable! I'll let you know if they ever discover what causes it!
