I did not sweat until I went on nocturnal dialysis last year.   Freeze fruit juices into ice containers. Freeze grapes. Roll them around on your tongue be fore you squish them.  Stay in cooler places if you can. I used to live at the mall in our town when I was off of work. We had no air conditioning and the house roasted in California heat of 104.

I've heard that sucking on frozen grapes helps keep saliva in the mouth.

Ugh. I hate the heat, especially where I live it's been hitting the 90s and even 100+ and it's a dry heat. The cold grapes helps and so do any cold fruits. Strawberries seem to help. Any food that fills your stomach and gives you a bit of juice.
