I found a solution if you dialyse at a clinic that has an older TV set with an 1/8" mono headphone jack. Radio Shack sells an adapter, #274-368 stereo to moo audio adapter for under $3.00 that will allow you to plug in comfortable stereo headphones or ear buds. I just thought I would share. My clinic has older small individual TVs at each station that if you plug in a stereo headphone, you will only hear in one ear.

In a pinch, I've found that sometimes you can pull the stereo plug out just a bit, and the mono jack will contact both parts of the stereo plug, so you get sound in both ears. It's still mono sound, but at least you're not lopsided anymore.

yes Twirl, if you can plug in now but only hear in one ear, this will fixx it so you can hear in both ears. King Leon is well and sends his royal love to all.

Even with my noise reduction nice headphones I only get one east on the TV but full sound on everything else.  Would that adapter help?

I had one of those once, and lost it at the center. Drat!

We each have our own HUGE OLD TV hanging on the ceiling where you have to ask the tech to help you turn it on.  We do have remotes but they don't work.  I just watch my DVD player.  Screw the TV.

Ditto on the DVD player.  Do you go to blockbuster every time or do you use Netflix or that kind of thing.  I can't get any of the illegal download sites to work.

But I am going to check on that adpater Mickey mentioned.  I do like to watch the next for a little while each day.  Yesterday I didn't much like my movie so I worked online crosswords and sudoku (not good for me on Friday's though as those are the really hard ones.
