 :clap;  I read an article about this website yesterday, and decided to visit.  I think it is GREAT.  I am a dialysis RN, and I have 6 years experience.  I love the people I get to see 3 days a week, and i am very excited to be able to refer some of them to this website...I think it will be a great outlet for them, and it is inspiring for me to read.

I can see you are a nice nurse, not a dreaded one.   :welcomesign; to our community.  We are particularly glad to welcome those who work in this field.  We even have a section where, if you want, you can vent too!  It would be great if you would read as many posts as you can (there are a great many!) and where you can, add your answer, or your own perspective.  Continue to encourage your patients to join us.  This has been an invaluable tool for me in my dealing with this challenge.
Welcome.  Here's a hug from all of us.  :grouphug;

Welcome to our site DN (Dreaded Nurse)  :)

Thank you for checking us out.  I try and tell the professionals I come in contact with about this site and they brush me off.  So, spread the word to your colleagues.  It is a great site and fun too.
