lol Dan I would be in BIG trouble if I stopped touching my cat!!! She snuggles up with me every night and rests her head on my hand and falls asleep... how could I ditch that love and total trust????? That's ok you don't like cats you don't have to go near her :)  :rofl;

As for birds... are we talking the flying kind or the female kind? If I have to stay away from the second sort I might just give up right here and now!!!  :rofl;

I've been meaning to talk to you about that Richard.  Stay away from the birds... they get you all excited and then fly away.  lol
I won't comment on the Cat.

I gotta get me another little dog... maybe to the pound this weekend.

The little bird is still wondering around the front lawn.  It's getting bigger/taller and the Mama bird continues to feed it.  I haven't seen the little guy this morning.  I'm worried because last night we had some thunderstorm that came through.  I hope the little thing is okay.

Just when I was so worried about the little baby bird... I heard chirping on my front porch.  I looked to see and there he was the little baby bird made it through the storm last night.  He is on my porch chirping away as I type this post.  He looks different today, he lost the 2 featherly things on his head.  So adorable.  He just keeps looking at me.

2 days I didn't see the little bird.  Today was an awesome day.  I saw the little guy who is not so little anymore.  He was on my sidewalk, looking right at me before he glided across the lawn.  He's bigger and you can see his orange chest.  He was able to fly about 2 feet above the ground for a short period.  He was chasing his Mama.  I watched him chase his Mama around and the Mama bird still feeds him.  Probably in 3-4 days he will be fully flying.  He still has not developed his feathered tail.
