'Live With Regis and Kelly' to celebrate kidney donor

Need some good news?

Try Friday's "Live With Regis and Kelly."

Denise Tanguilig of Deltona should have a very nice morning during the "Mom's Dream Come True" episode at Miami Beach's Fontainebleau.

Denise's mom, Patricia Ehlers, nominated her daughter for recognition. Patricia, from Upstate New York, wrote a letter about her daughter that was chosen from thousands of entries.

Denise donated a kidney to David, her son's 14-year-old friend. Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa invited Denise to South Florida for a spa vacation and a guest shot on the show.

And I have a hunch that Denise's time on the show could be very inspirational.

"Live With Regis and Kelly" airs at 9 a.m. weekdays on WESH-Channel 2.
