Does anyone here ever watch the Young & Restless?
I watch it some days but it is taking strange twists
lately.

Well years ago I used to watch "Days Of Our Lives" Man that show had so many story lines, but it does get addicting. One thing I hate is when they "age" the kids. For example one episode a child is like 10 and then all of a sudden that child is like 18. I mean WTF? It's crazy. Does "aging" happen on Y&R?

I can't stand soap operas, never could understand how people get into them.  On the other hand, I have been known to get addicted to drama shows like ER, Lost, Law & Order, etc.

Oh and when I was a kid I would watch Bonanza and Big Valley every afternoon LOL.  Most of my classmates were watching Nickelodeon (sp?) and MTV, but noooo I had to watch old timey westerns LOL.  I guess they were sort of like soaps.

I felt the same way about soap operas but on day I was just changing channels and "Days" caught my attention, and I watched if for like 6 months, but I just lost interest after awhile. I have not watched a "soap" for many years now.

I used to watch them until the networks decided we had to catch up to the US. We had a one hour special to catch up on 4 years of the stories. Bastards!!! Hence why I dont watch them anymore. Dont know what is going on. Plus DOOL has gotten pathetic with its crap with marlena again and her amnesia lol Seems everyone on that show has at least once had amnesia pmsl
