(wouldn't it be the same for PM too?)

It won't in the UK as we'd write it 06.05.04 08/07/09 
(for pm the hour would be 16 not 4 I think)

yep we have to wait till August 7th too for it to be 04:05:06 07/08/09.

Of course we also have this year an good one too in 09:09:09 on 09/09/09
