I was hunting around and came up with this on the Medicare site.  I thought anyone here that isn't on dialysis yet or that doesn't like their clinic may find it to be a useful tool.  It also has clinical comparisons on things like anemia and mortality, so anyone can go and take a peak at what their clinic looks like compared to others in the area.

Way cool ... I just started hemo Monday ahead of my PD schedule and have to pick a facility soon . . . this was very helpful!
