My Zach, thank you for your insight and your wisdom and for being so "good looking."  I love you and I wish you lived closer.  I always read your posts and always either learn something or laugh.... that is meant as a compliment.  I'm glad you have made it 27 years you are truly an inspiration to all of us.

Oh Zach, what can I add to all of this?   How about YOU ROCK!

Seriously, you are the first person I "encountered" when I found and searched IHD.  I was desperately looking for ways to get my husband healed from his double nephrectomy and to help him handle his abrupt introduction to dialysis.  I found your posts, and they were truly beacons of wisdom and clarity.  And eventually I learned that you are funny and talented, too.  8)

Thank you for being an important part of the IHD family!

Dear Zach, thank you for your kindness to read my diet and pointing out to me how much protein and calories etc I need. It was quite an inspiration and very much appreciated because I try so hard to survive. Thank you also for generally pointing out to us how important it is to be precise. Thank you and good luck with everything. Kind regards from Kristina: schmidt56@yahoo.co.uk

Sorry to  be coming in so late.  But I have to tell you how much you have been appreciated.  I am sorry for the condition that brought you to IHD, but at the same time we would have been much poorer without your presence.  I think of you as the voice of reason on this website!
Here's to many more years and much more contribution to our IHD family :wine;
