I would like to sell it but I'm not going to give it away yet.  I'll take rent for a few years and then give it away.

Quick, pour me something before IHD is down for a couple of hours.  What will I do with my time?    Clean---no!  I just sit in my corner sipping my virtual drink until I can order another one.  :rofl;

I am usually a teetolaler - hence my virgin Piņa Colada, but my upcoming operation this week certainly warrants something a bit stronger.
