I've been given a Slo-cooker (aka crock pot).  It doesn't have any instructions or recipes.  If anyone out there has got one, I'd be grateful for any recipes and instructions you can give me.  It's a Swan Slo-Cooker.

So get a roast and dump onion soup mix and regular cocacola over it. Cook in the slow cooker for several hours.

Some cubed stew meat, celery, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, stewed tomatoes, corn, sliced onions and all of your seasonins,  pepper, salt, garlic powder... throw it all in the morning, put it on low and by dinner, VOILA...   love to cook it at winter, just makes the whole house smell gooood...

Great thread! And that was a great link! I got one from my mom just a bit ago and still have got to try it out! But I have always loved my friend Beth's crock pot food!  ;)
