Hide from the dog.

Rehash your divorce.

Check the weather report to see when the next storm is coming in.

Wash dishes.

Iron sheets.  (when things get really bad)

Watch "True Grit" for the millionth time.

Open the door and look for snow outside!

Send the dog out into the rain and cold and watch her beg to come back in immediately!

Make hot cocoa.

Throw marshmallows into your full hot cocoa cup from two feet away.   Give your self a point for each marshmallow in the cup.

Put christmas music on the stereo and try not to crazy now Christmas is over!

Undecorate the tree

Decorate something/anything in your house.

Smile at nothing it really make people around you think...

HA! Made me think of "How the Grinch Stole Christmas"

Grinch: The nerve of those Whos. Inviting me down there. On such short notice! Even if I wanted to go, my schedule wouldn't allow it! 4:00, wallow in self pity. — 4:30, stare into the abyss. — 5:00, solve world hunger, tell no one! — 5:30, Jazzercize. — 6:30, dinner with me; I can't cancel that again! — 7:00, wrestle with my self-loathing — I'm booked! Of course, if I bump the loathing to 9:00, I could still be done in time to lay in bed, stare at the ceiling, and slip slowly into madness. (pause) But what would I wear?!

Say "Who's that?" To see how many times your dog will run out the doggie door to check.

Complain that there's so much snow on the satellite that you get no reception.

Wonder when the plow guy is going to show up.

Take pictures of your driveway from you livingroom window.....

clean out the closets

make soup

drink a martini (only after the closets are cleaned out)

play Scrabble

watched "Lord of the Rings" cause there's no chance I'll get to choose what to watch when both husband and son are in the one tv house

sit on the window seat and watch it snow (we don't get much, so it's fun to watch)

go out in snow and make snow angels

 ;D :rofl; :rofl; :rofl; :rofl;

1. Let cat go outside, watch him jump around in the snow

2. Clear snow off truck, turn on both heated seats, crank the heat and fans up to defrost Windows, crank stereo up get out and go to garage to get shovel, plug in Heated Coffee cup and crank temp up on cup.

3. Shovel driveway while listening to Aerosmiths Permanent Vacation CD

4. Take a break, get in truck to warm up and drink some coffee, maybe change CD to AC/DC

5. Get back out finish driveway, check mail, clear path to front door.

6. Put shovel away, get in truck, finish coffee. Turn 4 - wheel drive on and go dashing through the snow, do a couple power slides thru a parking lot, park up a snow mound at a store, look like an idiot, but take a picture.

7. Go home and yell at the idiots who can't remember how to drive in the snow on the way home.

8. Get inside, get warm, download previous picture, get on the internet, waste a few hours there, watch the news till they can't say anything new or relevant.

9. Check to see how much snow is falling and built up

10. Start cleaning the house, let cat back out side to shut up his begging to go out.

11. Forget cat is outside till you hear whining while your upstairs and can't figure where the noise is coming from.

12. Find cat outside, let his snow covered butt back in, dry him of and let him eat

13. Kick cat off bed who is laying on your warmed up electric blanket and go to sleep for tomorrow is another day of shoveling.

I'm with Twirl,

On a sunny December day I went outside and planted 40 scrubs (yesterday and today) with plenty of help from the missus... at night I hope the roos and wallabies don't eat them and while I'm plugged in I read about what people on the other side of the world do when they are snowed in! :bandance;

Play on the phone, make up songs, call Japan, run up the phone bill
Hide when the phone bill comes!

Get a box for the cat to play in and then get your camera ready.
Of course when you have the camera ready, the cat will have nohting to do with the box!

Check IHD.com for silly things to send to people.
