ITA!  One of the people on FNC last night said he believes that though Karr didn't kill her he has had access to the crime scene and/or autopsy photos or, more likely, has been in touch with whoever did kill her -- maybe just on-line.  He explained how the sickos like to recount their "exploits" and share them with other sickos.  Apparently he thinks Karr had info to which the average person would not have had access.

There has also been some guy on FNC who says he believes Karr did write the ransom note.  If there were indeed two people in the house that night, maybe Karr was writing the note while the other person killed her and it was an "accident" as he claims.  Many sadistic rapists choke their victims repeatedly to put them in and out of consciousness to  make them easier to handle and prolong the event.

Several times on FNC last night they played the tape Karr made 5 years ago, which the local police decided was just the fantasy meanderings of a sick mind. sick, sick, sick

My personal opinion is that he was not actually involved in her death and was probably not there.  He's just a slimy, pedophile and will share that special place in Hell where people who are cruel to the helpless and the weak will be sent

Actually, the thing I have always been most upset about was the incompetence by the police department and the prosecuter.  My parents live in Citrus County FL and they saw similar incompetence by the prosecuter in the Jessie Lunsford case.  Prosecutor Brad king screwed up BIG TIME.  The three accomplices in that case will never be prosecuted.  Don't these stupid people ever watch crime shows on TV?  Doesn't everyone know how to handle a crime scene?  Don't they know how to handle interrogations to get someone to flip on the others?  Grrr  uh-oh ... yep, I got carried away on a rant.

Don't know about now, but used to be when they ran of places to do a cut down for access they used the femoral artery in the thigh.  VERY painful and in the old days was a signal that death was near as they were running out of places for access.

I think he is a Pedophile that is trying to escape Thailand because their laws are much stricter, even though pedophiles run rampent there.  To escape the firing squad (Which Gary Glitter almost got in Thailand for child porn) he confessed to an unsolved murder in the states to be sent back.  Is it possible he actually had something to do with it, sure.  He at least lived in the area.  Did he do it.....I don't think so.  He seems creepy enough, but something is missing in his story and all the other information that has been released.

The DNA will tell.  Other than that I wish the whole thing would go away.  For years it was JonBenet day after day after day in the media.  The story is tragic but I'm tired of it, just sick and tired of it.

BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Prosecutors decided not to charge John Mark Karr in the slaying of JonBenet Ramsey, his lawyers said Monday after a TV station reported that the schoolteacher's DNA failed to match genetic material on the 6-year-old girl's body.
