I had the Canon SD400 and that was a great camera but it had a weak flash and you needed to hold the camera very still. So I took it back and got a refund.

The S2 IS is in a league of it's own. The image stabilization works great and the zoom is awesome too (12X optical). Both cameras are 5 mega pixels but the lens and size of the CCD is what makes or breaks a camera.

Anyone else here into digital cameras?

WHAT??? You have a digital camera and all we got is one pic of you??? Oh come on, i know you have a whole photo album of pics of yourself, i am sure you have one of you driving to tito's taco's, one of you ordering tito's taco's, one of you eating tito's taco's, one of you wiping your chin from the manteca dripping off the tito's taco's, one of you collecting wrappers from other customer's at tito's taco's, one of you holding up the wrappers and pointing to them to show they say tito's taco's.....  Come on Epoman,  let's see another one... PUHLEASE!!!!!!!!!:)

I have a cheap hp photosmart318. My mother bought it for me several Christmas's ago.  I still use it and it takes pretty good pictures.  I know it is old school by now, but I find myself getting set in my ways lately.

Hubby bought me one for Christmas and i used it for anything and everything, burned myself out on it, i think i will dig it out, especially when we go with Epoman to Tito's Taco's, lmao......

I have a cheapy cam (Intel CS630) ... no flash .. crappy pics .. but does the most basic but good enough job ;)

But this thread came up as new on my computer the other day. Weird huh?  Maybe Goofynina goofed it up to be new again.  But I agree with her you should have more pics after ten months with a camera

Well considering I have been using Digital camera for 7+ years now, and I have about 20,000+ pics yeah I guess I can find one or two more.
