Hi everyone....My name is John and have been doing hemo for 12+ years. Started in 1991 with PD. Had a transplant in Jan. 1992. That lasted 2 1/2 years. Hospitalized for 2 months because I stopped taking the steroids cold turkey and nearly croaked.

I'm in Milwaukee here at a great clinic. Fairly new clinic with snappy little baxter machines. Well trained nurses and techs. Excellent recliners and everyone has their own tv.

I'll chime in when i can as i have alot of experience with tests, drugs, docs, skipping, nurses, techs, the whole lifestyle.

thanks

Cool, the more the merrier.  I sure hope you find the time to come and not only read but post as well.  We really would love to hear more from you and your journey.  We also have a "family album" where we all (mostly all) :)  have posted our pics, so please feel free to post a pic of yourself so we can place a face with a name (just makes it all the more personal) ;)  Have you checked out our arcade?  Epoman has done a fantastic job creating an arcade with some ol' school games along with some newer ones, so when you have a minute or two, go have some fun, k? K!   :)
