Put the box down, now walk away slowly.  No do not drop it, put it down slowly, s.l.o.w.l.y... Now walk away from it. Do not even think about it!

OK people I'm putting the box down, I'm slooooowly walking away. Don't move box, don't move
cause if you do I will think you have a gerbil in there and out the door you will go.  Just
stay where you are and DON'Tmake a sound.

ok, this is not funny anymore
WHO IS MY SECRET SANTA
I do not want to seem selfish ---- but  ---- where is my package
can't peek if it is not here ???
sometimes it is hard to post
I miss flipbob
who could know you could miss someone you never really knew
wait---- I got a package from Kim but she is not my ss or so she told me - she wasn't
and w&w said she sent me a package --- is she my ss
or is it Paulkaren who posted he had to send his late
 ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
or did they pack a gerbil and a shark and the shark is busy having a snack
the mystery continues
off to be banded
(if all my test turn out ok)
a doc in the woodlands was banded and she died three weeks later of a massive infection
she was 38 and had two year old twins
she was in colorado on vacation
and thought she had altitude sickness
her husband said she kept diagnosing herself and did not go to another doctor
she might have used the same doc I am using
but I see a doc on rounds every week
and I get my temp taken 6 times a week
so
I am hoping for the best

Twril.  I have a patient who had the lap band, and still had a hard time losing weight.  Took her over a year to get past 300.  But when she started our Maximized Living program, she now is under 300 for the first time and keeping it off.  I am near you (kinda) and would be willing to help if you are interested.  I just worry, surgery is dangerous and not a cure all.  Please take care.

What is a Maximized Living Program.  Yes you are right, surgery is never a cure all.  A Dr. talked me into the Gastric By Pass to stop progression of Diabetes, it helped but here I am and I think that was a large part and when I was in the hospital in November, several surgeons agreed with me.  The Lap Band is supposed to be much better but like everything else it's what you do with it too.
