I was assigned a case manager as soon as I was listed. I also had to switch to mail order pharmacy. It isn't too bad. My doctor fax them the prescribtion and I get it about 5 days, 3 months worth. If there is a change, I can get a months prescribtion filled at the local pharmacy. It has saved me lots of money in co-pays. The first month was a hassel just getting everything started, but now I manage it all online--refills and they send me email reminders when I am due refills. I hope your process goes smoothly. I know, just one more thing to deal with. Good luck, Katie. Hope today is going well and your resting. Take care
