so has anyone found a good way to get past wanting to drink all the time....so they tell me i can only have 1.5 nalgane bottles of water...but come on..thats all i can have...this is killing me....plz help with some ideas

Make sure at dialysis they turn OFF (if they use it on you) "Sodium Variation" I did and when I was in-center it helped me from being so thirsty.  :thumbup;

Epoman, I got a question about that setting on the machine.

I first had it turned on when I kept having cramps. Now I don't. But since then my weight has been raised and I now have added the UF ramp (or whatever it is called) option to it. Is that enough? Can I turn off the sodium setting now?

What exactly are each for?

Sorry if this was asked somewhere before. But I was asking this in the drinking thread and then thought it was best to ask in a new thread.
