Going through a really rough time in my life. Just to give you the basics
I'm 23 been on D for 5 yrs this summer, and have been through 7 fistulas (most that didn't even work)

Welcome clardieri7!!!

 :welcomesign;

No negative comments here - I'm boggling that you have had 7 fistulas... trying to figure out where they all went?!?!! Glad one is or was at least working for you at some point.

Hopefully we can help. It sounds like a very difficult 5+ years, specially for a young person!!!

Hang in there and come back often!

Sorry I meant 7 surgeries to fix two fistulas, 3 actual fistulas, two on my right, one on my left, lol sorry. All surgeries but one were all in my right arm. It's completely covered in scars from the wrist all the way up. Only one in my left   arm has worked, the doctor actually told me after the surgery that it wouldn't work, than a few months later it just started working on it's on! I also have FSGS. Here's a question: Do they know what caused your FSGS, because they never found a reason for mine?
