Hi, Timon and  :welcomesign; What kind of dialysis do you do?

Hi Timon and welcome to IHD.  I'm so glad you found us.   :clap;

Trinidad?  Interesting.  Tell us a little bit about your area and I'll go look it up.

I hope you enjoy this site.

Hi, Timon, and welcome to the group.  If you're gaining weight, sounds like you may be on PD.  I found that you have to exercise every day to keep the weight down.  On hemo I can lose weight, but I hate hemo!

 :welcomesign; to IHD.  I'm from Jamaica but I live in Canada and have only ever done dialysis here.  I hope you'll ask any questions you have and we can learn from you too.

Welcome to our community, Timon!!  And a BIG welcome from a Bajan (living in the British Virgin Islands)!!  I have been waiting forever for people from the Caribbean to post!  I expect to hear much more from you.  You have found a great place for information, support and encouragement.  This is more than just a site - you are going to find that it is a real family  :grouphug;  Let us know how you are doing.  In the General Discussion section, I would like you to tell us what dialysis is like in Trinidad.  Looking forward to hearing from you.
[I see you are a Brian Lara fan!]
