I would like to welcome "goofynina" to the admin team, she has proven to be a loyal and trustworthy member of the site. What is a Moderator you may ask? A moderator is someone who is basically a member of the administration team. A "mod" has the power to Lock, Edit, Move, posts. A mod also helps welcome new members and keeps an eye on the site when the "Admin" (Epoman) is not around. A mod is also a person you can turn to if you are having problems with another member or if you have questions about the site.
Our site is growing and at the current rate of growth we are on track to have 400+ members by the end of 2006 so I need help running the site. As the site continues to grow I will need more moderators so if you are interested in becoming a mod stay loyal, post alot, reply to questions from members, welcome new members, and follow the guidelines of the site and when the time comes I just may email YOU.
Her title says "Global Moderator" that is because she is a mod for the entire site, not just one specific section. So please welcome "goofynina" in her new title as "Mod".
So any questions you may PM her or email her at: goofynina@ihatedialysis.com (wait 48 hours from this post time to send an email, as it is being activated soon)

Thank you Rerun and Bajanne, it means alot coming from the both of you (and everyone else of course) please dont hesitate to point out to me all the things i do wrong (although i hope not to do anything wrong) but i am only human right? This is such a great opportunity for me. Now i feel like i really belong (not only to this website) but i feel like i have a purpose in life....

She is doing a GREAT job and sorry if I was hard! I was just frustrated lol

I don't want you to ever change your post again like that, you were just expressing yourself and that is your right. Your post was fine in my eyes, don't ever let another member make you want to censor yourself. This goes for every member, speak your mind, get what you have to say off your chest. Just be civil about it.

Here I have been feeling so guilty and bad for speaking my mind. Since no one had said earlier that it was okay and at least 2 people felt what I said was wrong .. that was why I changed it.
Thanks Epoman. I wasn't sure. I originally only posted what I did because I thought it was good for any moderator to see .. as it was only a suggestion that when someone posts to give them a chance to correct so that both the poster and the moderator aren't editing the post at the same time .. but then since I already talked to her about it .. that was why I changed it. It is okay and I am glad she is a moderator but everyone seemed to think I was too harsh on her. I mean .. who am I to say anything to any mods of this thread? I am no one. After all .. sometimes I go over board or talk too much. I thought this might have been one of those times :-[ . That is the only reason I changed my post. Sorry.

Well Sluff, i can honestly say it almost feels just as good but not quite ;) :) lol
